Empowerment Society ATL (ESA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting Latinx and immigrant communities by providing students and parents with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive. Originally founded as a high school club, ESA has expanded to offer career and college workshops, leadership programs, and advocacy initiatives. Through education, advocacy, and leadership development, we create pathways for success, ensuring equitable opportunities for all while bridging educational gaps, promoting social equity, and building a stronger, more connected community.
