OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Empowerment Society ATL (ESA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to EMPOWER our communities by providing students and parents with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive. Originally founded as a high school club, ESA has expanded to offer career and college workshops, leadership programs, and advocacy initiatives. Through education, advocacy, and leadership development, we create pathways for success, ensuring equitable opportunities for all while bridging educational gaps, promoting social equity, and building a stronger, more connected community.

Programs and Services

At Empowerment Society, our mission is to uplift and empower our community through education. That’s why we’ve developed key programs such as the Student Empowerment Program, Padres Unidos ESA, and a variety of community volunteer events. Each initiative is thoughtfully designed to provide meaningful opportunities for learning, growth, and active engagement within our community.

"Hi, I am Gerardo Rodriguez, the Director and Founder of Empowerment Society ATL. At ESA, it is important to have a team that not only represents great values but also youth empowerment. As a 19-year-old, I have built this nonprofit from the ground up, alongside a dedicated team that shares the same mission: to better serve our community. We are committed to providing only the best services, ensuring that our work creates a meaningful and lasting impact."
